Well, I reckon we'll need one place to share our successes, near-successes, and it-wasn't-funny-at-the-time stories from this fishing opener weekend.

What did you catch? What got away? Did you take mom fishing as her Mother's Day present, and more to the point is that what she really wanted? What other stories do you have from the weekend?

This Minnesotan won't murder fish (is a fussy vegetarian). I like walking around the Lake of the Isles, though. Yay, having a city lake !!!

We are not able to get or MN. fishing license until we recieve our new hard copy drivers license in the mail, so we (sadly) won't be able to fish this weekend.

The fish must be confused with all the lines in last weekend.

Watch everyone re-learn how to back up a boat trailer.

Opening day, a nice day to stay home.

But.......................This weekend.

Wisconsin River near Wausau, muskies and nothern pike beware!
