Yes! When I was 16 I was driving at 15 MPH and just asking myself why I was driving so slowly in a 25 MPH zone when a toddler ran out from between two parked cars, chasing a ball. At 15 MPH I had no trouble stopping. I was so glad that I had not been going 25.

The street looks kind of narrow, I hope the speed limit is very low, but it looks like the little fella was lucky that there wasn't heavy traffic.

The foreground is very pretty in this shot.

Very nice photo.. I almost hit a kid who pulled out in front of me one time.. It's so very frightening.
